Staying motivated can be difficult when you’re only accountable to yourself.

Even when you know what you want to accomplish and see the path clearly, it’s easy to get stuck, struggle to start, lose momentum, or find yourself overwhelmed and giving up.

These 15-minute sessions are designed to help you stay accountable, maintain momentum, and keep moving forward — especially if executive dysfunction makes follow-through challenging.

These short check-ins give you a consistent space to pause, refocus, and stay on track. In each session we can:

  • Review what you planned to accomplish

  • Talk through obstacles or distractions

  • Clarify your next steps

  • Set realistic priorities before your next check-in
