Staying motivated can be difficult when you’re only accountable to yourself.

Even when you know what you want to accomplish and see the path clearly, it’s easy to get stuck, struggle to start, lose momentum, or find yourself overwhelmed and giving up.

Find support designed to help you stay on track, follow through on tasks, and maintain momentum — including accountability check-ins and body doubling support.


These short check-ins give you a consistent space to pause, refocus, and stay on track. In each session we can:

  • Review what you planned to accomplish

  • Talk through obstacles or distractions

  • Clarify your next steps

  • Set realistic priorities before your next check-in

Sometimes simply knowing someone will check in with you can make all the difference. These 15-minute sessions are designed to help you stay accountable, maintain momentum, and keep moving forward — especially if executive dysfunction makes follow-through challenging

Virtual Body Doubling

Body doubling is a simple way to make it easier to start and stay focused. Instead of working alone, you work alongside the coach virtually to help you start tasks, stay focused and work independently, and have a steady, supportive presence to help you stay on track.

These sessions provide structure, accountability, and support — helping you follow through.

Especially helpful if you:

  • Struggle to get started

  • Lose focus or feel overwhelmed

  • Experience ADHD or executive dysfunction

A steady presence can make a big difference.
